Very nice location

The livingroom and bedroom floors were full of dirt/hair/food - no vcacuuming had been done. Three of the beds were very soft, and seem old, and ready to be replaced.

The location

We got off to a bad start as the property had not been cleaned and then we had a problem with the heating and had a leak. When all that was sorted we were very comfortable

"First time to Edinburgh but certainly won’t be our last."

Great location with a good choice of bars and restaurants nearby. Also, very central to all the main tourist attractions.

There were just a couple of housekeeping issues we think you should be aware of but nothing major. Firstly, the carbon monoxide detector was beeping throughout our stay which would indicate the battery needs changing. As it was next door to one of the bedrooms, it was very annoying. There were no sink plugs in either the bathroom or kitchen. Lastly, the shaver plug in the bathroom did not work.
