Luxury 60m2 Apartment with 20m2 Private Terrace - R65A

Big apartment in the middle of the city (literally on the city center main street). It was all clean. We would have apreciated some coffee/tea/water, but all good.

Easy access, comfortable beds and all necessary equipment in the apartment

Definitely the cleaning person…. First time she started yelling at us because in her opinion we smoked inside the apartment even when we didn’t and we just woke up. Second time she requested from us to leave the apartment at 11am besides I bought the late check-out (1pm). Big minus for that kind of person, I can truly understand that she cannot speak English however she should at least pretend to be nice.

Clean, all home appliances available in good condition , good location

The property is in the shopping quarter, lively neighborhood. Quite close to Central Railway station and main sights are within 10 minutes walk ( Stadium, DAF Museum) If you love to be in the middle of happenings, love being up late, partying, this is your place.

There was a lack of communitcation about the requested early check in, I did not get the reply from the host for message sent the previous day ( Watsup and e-mail as well) if it was granted or not. We dragged our suitecase all the way to the apartment then after calling the host informed us, we were not granted the earlier check in and we must return to the train station and deposit our luggage there. Also we never got the Watsup message when the apartment was ready) Other guests who were checking in to the other apartment to the same owner faced with the same issue 2 days later asking us about check in and the timing. Extremely poor communication. The A/C was poorly cooling. If you are a light sleeper do not pick this location, due to the noise coming from the street.
