I met the owner in person, really quick check in. The apartment was clean and has all minimum requirements of self board accommodation. Great food options around the village, short drive to Arcos, Jerez. 1.5h drive to Cadiz to the beach, so plenty of options.

The rooms have really no soundproofing. You could hear other guests talking and sometimes more ;-)))). There's a school at the back of the premises (I dont mind the noise but flagging it) and main road in the front.

Apartment was self catering. Location was perfect in the town of El Bosque.
