Central Serviced Apartment

The apartment was quite big and clean however, the kid's room was too small to move inside and the bed was somehow small to host two grownups (ages 15.5 and 12.5), and the fifth bed was basically the sofa which was not a kind that can be opened to a bed.

Too many problems that required me to come over to the reception - (had to come 3 times) 1. No one gave me a contact number for any issues we found - I had to come to the reception every time we saw something was missing or wrong - this was fixed after I had to ask for such contact instead of providing it upfront when we received the keys. 2. There were missing towels - I had to come to the reception and ask for it 3. There was no kettle - I had to come to the reception and ask for it 4. The fifth bed became the sofa, which is nothing you can open to be a real bed 5. And if the sofa if the fifth bed, why aren't there any blinds to hide the early morning light? 6. The apartment felt not used for a very long time and thus it was a bit stuffy - no one opened the windows before our arrival to fresh it up 7. I was under the impression that salt and sugar would be the essential things to be present in the apartment, but no salt and no sugar _ I had to ask in the reception 8. The dishwasher - starts ok and then, after awhile, gets stuck with F11 error that appears on the screen 9. The coffee machine was supposed to be part of the facilities...and there isn't one - Received it after stating it to the reception guy The location was in front of the train... No compensation offered by the owner - which was something I would think expected.

Proper bedroom given and they are very comfortable. Very spacious . The location is very near to Titlis Skylift

There is a peculiar smell from the bathroom. Could be sewage problem. Kitchen facilities listed outdated - no coffee machine. It would be good if the washing machine was located inside the apartment unit. The laundry area is at the basement and quite unsafe to do laundry at alone at night

Spacious and clean appartement. Well equipped.

Location on ground floor.

Perfectly clean, spacious, well stocked. Great location.

It’s was a good size apartment for a family of 4. We had 2 young kids (4/7 years old ) and we felt at home

Was a little away from the center around 5-10 mins walk to get to the center
