Exceptionally well designed apartment in a calm residential area that offers a clean independent stay. Very close to the main roads but away from the noise. Good for couples and individual travelers. The Solo management [Savio and team] has done a wonderful job of including so many amenities in a budget package. A kitchenette, small but powerful water heater, comfy sofa and bedding are all available. And the washroom was well cleaned both times. Access to a host of high quality eateries within a 2 kilometer radius is an additional advantage.

During my second stay no cooking apparatus was made available in the "kitchen"! Even simple requests for soap or hangers or toilet paper took multiple calls. Hope the management's great intial effort is not undone by inept ground level staff or inefficient HR practices.

Very cost effective place to stay for a day.

Room was clean and well maintained.

The property is slightly away from hustle and bustle of the city.
