The fact they are cleaning every day, that there are confortable beds and sofa with firm mattress, close to the beach and downtown without being in the main Street directly, making it quieter, with a private parking, and modern looking appartement. We would go back there anytime, good quality prices value.

Minor point to consider if you have small kids or older family members - there is not elevator in the appartement hotel, but there is only three floors.
