Dar Said

The property is in a great location inside the Medina for exploring. Everything was very clean and tidy and suited our needs well.

Be aware that there are several flights of narrow stairs up to the accomodation which wouldn’t suit everyone.

The location was great, right in the medinat but off the busiest streets.

It was dark and cold. There are only two windows looking outside, others didn’t bring any light. We were there for Christmas. While there was one moveable heater provided that worked well, it was not enough to keep all rooms and bathroom warm. We couldn’t figure out TV as there were no instructions. Also, there was nowhere to hang clothes, only on the roof, but it rained so didn’t work for us. I imagine it works much better in summer. There was no hand soap or clean dish sponge. We bought some and left it. You are welcome if you stay after us. Also, there is a lot of stairs. We knew about it from other reviews, but something to keep in mind for other travellers.

Très bel appartement. Très bel accueil, emplacement parfait, appartement très propre, literie très confortable, hôte disponible. On reviendra pour sûr !

We had an excellent stay at Dar Said. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The location is truly exceptional . just a short walk from the beach and very close to the medina. we highly recommend it for anyone visiting Essaouira.

Everything is just perfect

L'emplacement, le calme de la place attenante, l'accueil de la jeune fille et celui de la sœur et des nièces du propriétaire.

Tout nous a plus, seulement un petit conseil au propriétaire: Il serait nécessaire et urgent d'installer un système de maintien des volets du salon en position ouverte car le vent risque de les casser très rapidement.

Super emplacement, ville très agréable. Saïd, le propriétaire est très sympa et arrangeant, il a organisé, à notre demande le transfert vers les aéroports d'arrivé et de départ. Restaurant café juste en bas qui propose de bon petits déjeuner à un prix intéressant Nombreux restaurants et boutiques / visites à faire à proximité.

Mooi en schoon appartement. Goede bedden en vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Genoeg ruimte voor 4 personen.

Niets viel tegen

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Wir sind sehr herzlich mit einem traditionellen Minztee und leckerem Gebäck empfangen worden. Die Wohnung liegt zentral an einem sehr schönen Platz mit einer tollen Stimmung. Der Vermieter war jederzeit sofort erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, äußerst stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr hell und gemütlich. In den 2 Bädern gab es außergewöhnlich gut duftende Duschgele und Shampoos. Die Wohnung war nachts ruhig und die Betten bequem mit ausreichend dicken Zudecken. Alles in allem war es für uns die schönste, sauberste und angenehmste von insgesamt 5 Unterkünften in Marokko. Wir empfehlen sie sehr und bedanken uns für so viel Gastfreundschaft. :-)
