La localisation du logement à proximité immédiate de la plage, des activité surf, quad, dromadaires. relativement calme la nuit sauf le vendredi et samedi (soirée dans les 2 restaurants situés en face). Assez proche de la médina pour aller s'y promener et suffisamment loin pour être dans le secteur de la plage la moins occupé. la gentillesse de son propriétaire et de hanae qui nous remis les clefs. avoir un gardien serviable est très appréciable dans la copropriété

Lovely apartment with a fantastic view of the beach down to the old town. Well equipped, quiet and very comfortable. Loved it! Great balcony and large comfortable lounge area. Loads of water sports available just below us! Kite and wind surfing particularly popular! Supermarket 10 minutes walk. Great apartment and fantastic little city full of atmosphere and charm! 20 minutes walk to to the port and old town on beach or promenade. 3 beach bars opposite!

The owners of the apartment are absolutely incredible. They took care of everything for us and made us welcomed as if we were visiting friends. The location is absolutely amazing in a peaceful area close to the city and across the street from the beach. Apartment has 24/7 security and is equipped with superb amenities. We will be definitely coming back.

The apartment is in an excellent location. Very comfortable and has everything you need for a family stay. The view of the beach activities and the sunset is fabulous. The hosts were very attentive and helpful with information and communication via WhatsApp before and during our stay. 5 stars.

Great communication before and during arrival. Nothing was too much trouble, even booked us transport back to Marrakech at the end of our stay. Wonderful views from the balcony, really clean, beautifully furnished. Highly recommended
