The house is quiet and in a great location - middle of a forest. It's a private property, well heated and about 100 meters away from a fishing lake. Commute to Esztergom and Visigrad is relatively quick. There's a washer and a dryer that work well.

Lots of things. first and foremost - the property is divided to 2 parts that have a connecting outer stairway. The lower part has a bathroom, kitchen and living room, the upper part has another bathroom with a tub, another living room, and an attic floor with the sleeping rooms. If you want to shower not in a tub, you need to go all the way from the outside and around the property to the sleeping room. Not ideal when it's colder (we visited in October). This split hasn't been stated in the listing, so i'm writing it here in the hopes it helps others. The property is not easy to find. we arrived around 21:30 PM, and couldn't get a hold of the host. We managed to find the property eventually, but google maps/waze were no help. We haven't met the host during our entire stay.. The property was dirty. beddings haven't been washed, blankets were smelly, eating utensils were dirty with leftover food in them and the floors were not clean. Beds were uncomfortable, and the rooms don't get dark (no actual shades, just a blanket over the window) The property has a lot of wear and tear and in general in pretty bad condition. for the price bracket and location it was in, we expected more.

A tóhoz közel, csendes, erdős részen van a ház. Jó hűvös (légkondi is segít) van terasz, kiülős rész, sütögetni is lehet. Kedvesen fogadtak bennünket, kérésre egy szinttel lejjebbre került az alvóhelyünk. A középső szinten kandalló is van, télen biztos jó meleget és hangulatot ad.

Kicsit retró, csak legfelül van ágy, a többi fekvőhely kinyitható kanapé.

A csend és nyugalom,a kertből kilépve 50m-re a tó.

Nagyon pozitív meglepetés volt a szállás! Kényelmes, tiszta és felszerelt! Nagyon jót lehet sütögetni és a környék is gyönyörű! Lehet, hogy valamikor még visszalátogatunk!:)

Very good instructions for property location and keys. Our hostess kindly left us towels to use as well. The house is dated, but is a very comfortable cabin stay in a lovely area. We were thankful for the washer and dryer!

For older people, the stairs in the upstairs apartment might be difficult. Our parents stayed in the lower apartment and were just fine though. 🙂
