Der Aussenberich zum sitzen ist nicht gepflegt und die Stühle sind sehr unbequem.

Fantastisch appartement. Groot, heel leuk en smaakvol ingericht. Ook fijn is dat de auto dichtbij de voordeur staat, dus in-en uit laden gaat super makkelijk. Over de jaren hebben we veel gebruik gemaakt van huur appartementjes voor weekendje weg / vakanties. Deze is een topper, hopelijk komen we terug op doorreis naar Italië.

Dat we niet langer zijn gebleven 😂

Excellent location. Close to some lovely walks or cycle tracks around the lake. House was perfect for our group. Had everything we needed to make this an enjoyable stay. Host was excellent. Kept in regular contact.

Was a bit of hike from the train station with heavy suitcases but not a deal breaker. Would probably suggest getting a taxi.

this is ground floor and vibe was great and relaxing. parking is great.

on going construction so might block the drive way.. noted some of light siwrtches and shutter is broken that need replacement to avoid any hazop . washing machine not working

Very modern, nice and clean apartment. It was fully equipped (kitchen, toilet). The beds were good also. Location is very peaceful. Shop and train station were only a 10min walk from the apartment, which makes it easy to go to Munich if you don't have a car.

During our trip from Ryanair in Memmingem to the Alps, we stayed at this place for a couple of nights. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the train station, which makes it easy to go to Munich. Andechs, famous for their delicious pork knuckles and beer, is just a 10-minute drive away. Although we didn't meet the host, the communication was good. The place was clean and well-equipped.

We were disappointed to find that there were no toiletries provided, not even shampoo or shower gel. We arrived on a late Ryanair flight without any liquids and all the shops were closed. Additionally, the bedding terry material was questionable. It seemed that the pillow covers were not rinsed properly, as they had a strong smell of detergent. In the morning, some of the girls in my family experienced skin irritation.
