Vila Monte Luz 3

The location was fantastic, amazing views and so close to the beach. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. Sandra the housekeeper was super helpful. Lovely restaurants and beach bars with live music on the doorstep. We would definitely return, had a brilliant stay here.

La Ubicación por su cercanía a la playa y la villa que es muy bonita y acogedora. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y la piscina súper chula para pasar un buen rato en familia o con amigos.

La habitación de los niños tiene muchísima humedad, los niños no podían respirar bien por la noche, el olor a humedad es muy fuerte. Tuve que abrir las ventanas y poner el aire acondicionado para intentar ventilar pero no había manera. La pared tiene humedades. Además la Habitación tenía mucho polvo y la parte de la Ventana tenía telarañas.

La Vila Monte Luz a été au-delà de nos attentes. Située à quelques pas de la plage, du petit village de Ferragudo. La vila est propre, offre une vue magnifique sur l'océan. La terrasse avec piscine fut très appréciée. L'appartement est très bien équipé.

Fantastic location, beautiful views, very spacious and comfortable. All the amenities you need - BBQ area, Laundry area, private parking , private patio area, AC in every room Sandra the housekeeper was very friendly and helpful. She's an asset to the properties. Definitely would love to visit again

Everything was wonderful

This is a beautifully renovated apartment. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The apartment was very clean and Sandra gave us a very warm welcome and tour around the property on our arrival. The apartment was a very nice temperature due to air conditioning in every room. Lots of towels were provided. Location is amazing!

As a larger family, it was tricky to store all our food in the kitchen cupboards, so we had to resort to storing some of it in shopping bags on the floor. Late at night, the apartment would be invaded by woodlice that came in from underneath the door. They would be everywhere, from the living room floor to the bathroom. Hopefully, this problem is now fixed. Also, please note the pool is NOT private but shared with three other apartments in total. My children were disappointed about this, as it stated in the text on booking.com that it was a private pool. At one point during our stay, a tenant from another apartment was smoking some weed, which we could smell from the pool area. That was only something that bothered us for a short while but annoying nonetheless. All of this considered, the apartment remains fantastic and the location is excellent, so they compensate for the inconveniences mentioned. I would actually come back.
