La ubicación del apartamento. El chico que nos atendió para la entrega de llaves muy amable.

Relación calidad- precio mal. Había muchas deficiencias en el apartamento: Goteaba la cisterna todo el rato, la puerta de la terraza atascada, un enchufe como arrancado/salido, pelos de animal en el sofá, la tele no hubo forma de encenderla pero bueno no nos hizo falta realmente porque fuimos para muy poco tiempo. Las camas pasables pero deberían poner como poco protectores a esos colchones o cambiarlos...

Больше всего расположение, наличие лифта и парковочного места.

Персонал вообще не хотел присылать инструкцию по заселению и каким образом получить ключ от номера, не смотря на полную оплату. Представители отеля начали перед заселением реагировать, только после того, как мы связались со службой поддержки Booking.com. В номере (на полу, в кровати, в ванной комнате) были женские длинные волосы,а также не очень чисто. Напротив находится отель, где проводятся разные вечерние мероприятия. Соответственно, шум вам обеспечен. Плохо было указано парковочное место. Пришлось снова звонить в службу поддержки, и уточнять, где можно припарковать машину. Не было указано, каким образом, пользоваться газовой комфоркой. Имелись проблемы с бочком слива воды. Не работал пульт от телевизора.
