I was deceived by the owners. I rented a penthouse with four beds, but they gave me an apartment with only two beds, which didn't meet my needs. Even the address was different, although nearby. There was no breakfast, only some sweet and savory snacks. I was forced to buy real food at the market. When I asked for extra bedding for the sofa, they didn't provide it. When I complained about the apartment, I received unjustified excuses. And to make matters worse, there was a crazy neighbor downstairs who poked at the ceiling with a broom at any noise, called the intercom repeatedly, and turned off the apartment's power breaker while we were sightseeing in Rome. The owners know this, as it has been reported before, and he himself informed my son what to do in case of a power outage.

Simone was great and understanding host given that our flight into Rome was a late one. He met us with a smile and showed us around the property so that we knew how things worked. I couldn't have asked for anything more. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable. It was perfect for our short trip, and very close to Fiumicino/Rome airport.

Having a later check in time (12 am) would be better, as it makes things a bit tight when you arrive in to Fiumicino/Rome airport on the last flight in from London. However, we made it with about 15 minutes to spare. This wont be an issue if you are arriving on an earlier flight or using the property as an over night stop-over to catch an early flight the next day.

Offrono servizio navetta da/per l’aeroporto ma non c’è! Il povero ragazzo che è venuto ad aprire non sapeva nemmeno se c’erano le coperte. Eravamo 8 e c’erano 6 posti letto, gli altri 2 erano un divano/letto che non sapeva montare. Il wc rotto

It was clean

We did not get the apt we booked or paid for. We got a smaller unit with less bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is subprime due primarily to the vacant buildings in the groupings. The bathroom door handle was very loose resulting in being locked in bathroom
