My stay at ciaccio house was very pleasing. The house is very clean and very aesthetically pleasing. The beds were comfortable and clean. There is a kitchen with everything you need in it to cook, and there are snacks for breakfast and coffee too. The host is an amazing person and he was very helpful during our stay and we had great communication.

"This was a comfortable stay."

The owner is very responsive and has a ton of knowledge about the area. Share the info on the instruction sheet. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious in comparison to others in the region. The owner took care and added snacks for travelers. There are several stores and restaurants in walking distance.

There were specifics about the house that I wished I knew at the beginning of the stay- How to open the door and how to lift the blinds. I recommend rewriting the instruction sheet to include the moov it app and specifics about the area.

"Perfect Location, Host, and Accommodation."

The host was very welcoming, informative and kind. He was able to provide us with all the information ahead of time so we felt knowledgeable upon arrival. He provided us with snacks, drinks, and the accommodation was clean and super close to the airport. I thought that the area might be noisy, but it was the quietest sleep I had in Italy!

"Exceptional"

It was a perfect stay for our layover in Italy. I am definitely considering to come back to explore the city and stay longer . The place is large and comfortable. Host helped us with every request/question. Traveling with kids and having all the snacks was a great plus. Thank you very much.

"It was cold"

The heating went off during the night and it became very cold, at 7:00 in morning I had to wake up the owner to turn the heat on.

Host is excellent, he was following up on every aspect. Even was nice that he left some snacks in the house, arranged a taxi for our early morning flight.

Hot water was not available, so taking a shower was challenging

"Disappointing"

The owner was welcoming. Location is good. Good decoration.

The heating was bad. The thermostat did not work. Had to sleep with a jacket . It includes breakfast, but it is not good.
