Very rude people who not answer phone and only say " read carefully" but they need to see not all guests are from Germany and know how to find a place located at a " walking street " there you can not drive close to the apartament ? They need to give better info how to find the place ? We was using 1 hour to find the apartament and gave up to stay at another place who was easy to find and gave us good service ! Can not recc4omend this place at all !!

Location & interior design was absolutely perfect!

It is located in the centre of town behind a mall so plenty of eating and shopping on your doorstep. It's quiet at night, facilities are good, shower works very well.love the uncovered beams of the old building. Spacious, too. We will stay again.

Not much really, if I had to say something, then the hot water is a little too hot.

not clean (spiderwebs, dirty dishes and weird smells coming from the bedsheets). Very narrow and steep and slightly stairway to reach the appartment as well as a kind of unwelcoming back-alley entrante

The location is in the centrum and 2 minutes to the harbour. Quiet. Quick response from the staff.

The quilt smells musty, the apartment seems like no one has lived in it for a long time, and it smells very dusty. There is a step in the middle of sitting room, which is easy to trip at night. The toilet is next to the steep stairs, and the stairs have no handrails. If you are not careful, you will fall down the stairs and cause injuries. Most electronic equipments are not plugged in, resulting in inconvenience. The first impression of the apartment is bad because the stairs is very dirty. The information about parking is not clear, resulting in misunderstanding as free parking. But it actually costs 15 EUR!
