Ottima posizione, appartamento tenuto in maniera eccelsa, nuovo, pulitissimo ed ordinatissimo. Funzionale in tutto, materassi comodissimi. Divano letto matrimoniale molto comodo e nuovissimo. Zona vicinissima al mare in zona Ztl. Il problema del parcheggio si risolve subito, consiglio di cercare nei dintorni della ruota panoramica o presso la chiesa di San Leopoldo
