Sehr nette Gastgeber, wunderschönes Apartment mit 2 grossen Balkonen. Insbesondere der beheizte Whirpool auf dem Dach mit Meerblick ist grandios! Es gibt auch noch einen Raum mit Sandspielsachen, Sonnenschirme und Luftmatratzen etc. Was alles kostenfrei mitgenutzt werden darf.

Appartamento veramente super . Nulla lasciato al caso, pulito accogliente e arredato con gusto e dotato di tutto ciò che serve per godersi una bella vacanza . Stupenda la vista che si gode dalla grande finestra del soggiorno , il terrazzino e il solarium con vasca Jacuzzi . Sicuramente ci tornerò !

We just returned from an absolutely amazing stay at Via Firenze and I must say it exceeded our expectations! We even extended our stay – thankfully it was possible. Accommodation Clean, luxurious house with 4 apartments. Each apartment offers privacy and incredible sea views. The whole house is filled with a wonderful scent from an Aqua d'Alba diffuser (I already got one for home!). The beds are comfortable and in the kitchen you'll find everything you need, including a small capsule coffee maker – a few capsules were provided. Amenities There are plenty of things available to borrow for the beach: umbrella, sun loungers, inflatable toys for children. The whirpool on the rooftop terrace is a great bonus! Location The beach is 3 minutes away via a side street from the apartment. The sea near the apartment is great, you can go paddleboarding and the beach is suitable for children. We cycled to the center of Follonica, but there are ice cream shops and stores all around. You can also cycle nicely to Cala Violina beach (don't forget to make a reservation!). Parking is right next to the apartment with a reserved space. Owner Martina was very accommodating, helpful and friendly – thank you so much for everything! Minor note The only thing I would appreciate would be screens on the windows and balcony (but there are terraces everywhere, so I don't know if this would be feasible to solve). There might be some noise during high season, but we visited during the transition between high and low season and it was perfect – not many people anywhere. Tip We were there at the turn of high and low season and it was great – it wasn't crowded anywhere. Conclusion: Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! If we didn't have a 14-hour drive, we'd be back within a month! :) Highly recommend for families with children and couples looking for a peaceful holiday by the sea.

Csodálatos kilátás volt a teraszról. Csendes, szép, kényelmes szobák voltak. Zárt parkoló, ahol kényelmesen lehetett parkolni. Az esős napon esernyő volt kikészítve. A szállásadó hölgy egy tünemény.

Az erkélyen gyenge volt a wifi, így ott a laptopot nem nagyon tudtuk használni, de ez semmit nem ront a szálláson.

Heerlijke plek. Het appartement is ruim, schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien en wij hadden twee balkons met waanzinnig uitzicht over zee. Het strand is perfect (en alleen de straat oversteken), zeker als je met kleine kinderen bent. Ze hadden zelfs een parasol en wat speelgoed voor op het strand. Aan alles is gedacht. De airco’s werken ook goed en waren stil. In de directe omgeving een supermarkt, bakker en groenteman. Ook wat restaurants. Voor de kleintjes ook op loopafstand een grote speeltuin onder de dennenbomen (wel veel muggen). Als extra nog een jacuzzi op het dak met ligbedden met ook weer dat waanzinnige uitzicht. Warm het ontvangst met snel uitleg over appartement en omgeving. Ik kan het iedereen aanraden.

Very welcoming host who truly cares about her guests and the apartment. We received a great introduction upon arrival to all the opportunities and activities in the area. The beach is right in front of the house, with restaurants and grocery stores very close by. The apartment is modern, spacious, and beautifully designed, featuring two terraces. Parking is available directly on the property. Located in a quieter part of the city, it’s one of the best holiday spots we have ever visited. Highly recommended!

The fridge could be a bit quieter.
