Excelente localização, apartamento muito limpo. Cozinha bem equipada, com os utensílios necessários para a demanda. Geladeira um pouco desgastada.

O que deixou a desejar, foi somente o funcionamento da geladeira. Pois estava gelando muito pouco e o congelador não estava funcionando.
