O apto fica em um condomínio seguro e familiar, além de ter tudo que uma família com crianças precisa pra ficar bem confortável em uma estadia temporária. Muito perto do Chico do Caranguejo. Perfeito pra passar o dia na praia e no parque aquático e descansar a noite. O anfitrião dá toda a assistência e os funcionários do condomínio são muito atenciosos. Um mercado dentro do condomínio ajudou muito também.
