Apartamento Mobiliado Vila Iracema

Local incrivelmente limpo, seguro, bem localizado. Muito confortável. Muito organizado, há muitos utensílios de cozinha, móveis confortáveis. Gostamos demais! Com certeza um lugar para voltar. E ótimo atendimento da proprietária.

Gostei da receptividade da anfitriã, recebi o apartamento impecável, localização maravilhosa, enfim, gostei de tudo!

Gostei de tudo, mas teria ficado melhor se tivesse ar- condicionado.

O espaço é muito limpo e organizado. A localização é excelente para quem aprecia uma boa caminhada pela orla, embora fique um pouco mais afastado da Feirinha da Beira Mar para quem está a pé (o que é facilmente resolvido com um curto trajeto de carro). Quanto à estadia, as normas do condomínio são compreensíveis para a segurança de todos, mas o processo de check-in/acesso poderia ser um pouco menos burocrático

Horrible experience. The host even did not tell the reception I was arriving, they did not want to check me in, requesting the name of the host which they did not tell me! From the very beginning I said I will need WiFI to work, but the Wifi information was not give to me, even when I requested it I was told to search for in in the kitchen cabinets! How ridiculous is that, who does it? I arrived and searched for it but there was no information anywhere in the kitchen about the WIfi! I also advised the host I'll be arriving at 9pm, so I was calling and texting the host requesting the WiFi info, but the host was non responsive and simply ignored all my messages and calls. After wasting 2 hours and my eSIM balance on trying to reach the host and find a place with WIFI I just gave up and left. What a waste of my time and money! There was not even matches or lighter left for me to use the stove- its not electric! So I could not use it either. Also the building is near the construction site and there are many homeless people around there, very shady. Absolutely disappointing- avoid at all cost!

Ótima localização, custo e benefício muito bom. Muito organizado. E principalmente a segurança.
