Location excellent, within walking distance to cafes, shops and the beach.

The information for retrieval of keys was sent as promised. The information was very easy to follow including photographs of the property and position of lock box. The lock box was in a very convenient position to access. We have not stayed in that area before and were pleasantly surprised. The accommodation is a very short walk to cafes, restaurants and public transport. It is a lovely quiet area with very little traffic noise.

You cannot guarantee you will get a parking space in the street. The kitchen area gets quite warm because of the high glass window. Some kind of window covering would keep this area cool and save on electricity and the need to use the air conditioner. I'm not afraid of spiders - but there were a few Daddy Long Leg spiders floating around in the bathroom and the second bedroom.

The location was good and easy to access, but the street parking was not always available.

The aircon didn’t work, the days were very hot, and the nights uncomfortable because the unit had no aircon and no fans. I am not happy with what I paid for and what I had to put up with. It definitely wasn’t a “luxurious” unit. Not everyone likes coffee and decaf tea, some regular tea would have been nice. Even the cheapest hotels provide tissues, but none were available there.

Location and the quality of the house is top notch.

The WiFi is very weak! Whilst I agree the property is there to explore Fremantle, as a traveller, the ability to use your phone to navigate and book activities is important and the wifi failed to allow this.

The location is excellent close to Freo and easy access to public transport. Close to restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment is quite spacious. The response to any issues or questions we had was very prompt

Only two teaspoons in the whole place. Buy some more for your guests please No bin in the bathroom. Would be handy. Coffee machine provided but wrong pods in cupboard so that was useless. No instructions for anything anywhere. AC, coffee machine...... Main ks bed was very firm. We like firm but that was next level .. Bit disappointed that we got charged a reasonable cleaning fee in the price ($800+ for 3 nights in low season) then had to leave place spotless.... we did but hey, really?? Parking, we booked as the blurb said free parking was available. What wasn't said was street parking only. Bit misleading and we were genuinely lucky to get a park each day as Louisa street is chokkas full of cars. ..
