Captain's Heritage Cottage - central Fremantle 2 bedroom historic cottage

The decor and setting was lovely. You felt safe as it was very secure and you had off-street parking. Everything was there

One single bed was very hard. The gas stove was a little scary to use. There was a weird toilet seat that didn't really fit.

Comfortable, cosy, lovely clean kitchen and bathroom facilities with washing facilities too. The cottage has a secure private carpark for one car and the cottage is in a fantastic location. Very central and you can walk to everything you need. Alison was extremely helpful as well.

No complaints as we loved everything.

Position was excellent with great shopping across the road and restaurants within walking distance, very good.

No washing powder, no tissues, no tea bags, no soap or waste bin in bathroom. Little things count in holiday accommodation.

Good position close to grocery store and restaurants.

Very basic on supplied items, shower soap, 1-2 cloths washer liquid, no welcome package etc.

The kitchen was so well equipped and the location brilliant so we could easily get great food to cook.

This might be minor, but it would be good to have some fans, as they could be used when just a bit hot, and it would save putting on the aircon.

Great location, 10 min walk to the marina to hop on the ferry to Rottnest and whale-watching etc. Lots of options for coffee within a few minutes walk too. Comfortable beds, and great to have a cot and high chair for the baby too. We also utilised the laundry during our stay which is always so handy when travelling.

A small amount of extra toilet paper and bin bags would’ve been convenient.
