Le propriétaire de l'appartement est très accueillant, serviable, très bonne communication, prend soin du confort des locataires pendant leur séjour tres belles présentations, échange en français, comme en italien

Bien équipé c’est tout

Propriétaire me demandant de régler les frais de ménage et taxes alors que c’est déjà payé sur booking. Impossible de dormir jusque 00h30 les murs sont des feuilles de papier, enfants qui courts, crient etc, on entend tout chez les voisins. Ayant refusé de payer de payer une deuxième fois les frais le propriétaire a dit qu’il annulait son service de navette qu’il « offre », cependant c’est 20€ à payer en liquide et il ne donne pas de facture quand on lui demande. Il voulait également mon passeport en photo je n’ai pas compris pourquoi. Je pensais aussi que la salle de bain était avec la chambre mais elle est commune avec une autre chambre comme les toilettes.

The staff while we were checking out was nice, the bed was alright. There was a microwave and kitchen utensils in the room. No problem with the heater except 1 day. (You just have to turn it on but it didn’t work for a whole day so we had to sleep with extra clothes.)

The room was VERY far away from the train station, we had to walk more than 2 kilometers in the WOODS as two women, felt quite unsafe. You can’t take the taxi either since it’s very far and there are no available taxis around the area. The room was in a terrible condition even though the bed was alright, there were mold, some spider webs and a constant mold smell. There is no clear description that you are sharing the apartment with 2 more rooms that are very close with no soundproof. And also with same locks, so you can open all the rooms with given keys. Also, the trains from Gallarate station to Malpensa Airport were all CANCELLED or delayed on WEEKEND, we almost missed our flight because of it and there were no taxis around the area.
