The address was correct and the place was very clean, the price was very acceptable

Check-in was a nightmare and if it hadn't been for the kindness of some random strangers we would never have found our way into the place. Communication with the host was poor if not to say nonexistent. We had agreed on a price and time for an early morning taxi service for the airport - but upon check-in he said taxi service started only two hours later (than we needed it) and demanded twice the amount if we were to insist upon the time aforementioned. Highly disappointing and irresponsible behaviour for someone hosting people from a different country, speaking a different language... Sorry! Would have liked to give a higher review but almost missed both accomodation and our connecting flight the next morning!

We hate the way he didn't arrange some one to receive, when I called he said he can't speak English

Liked the size of the room even thought our original room was occupied by other people, messaged the owner which promptly answered saying they must have mistaken the number on the door. Good price and very clean kitchen/room, big TV in the room, fan and large bathroom.

It's literally a house in a block of flats not in the greatest area, no indication of a BnB being there and no indication outside, we took a while to find the right house. On the doorbell there's just surnames of the owner so looks like a hidden business very dodgy!!

The apartment is near airport, owner was nice, and the accommodation is fine for money. They offer taxi to the airport.

There is 2 things. First if you don’t want to take taxi, you have 2km walking from station to get to the apartment by foot. Second - other guests wake up us in the middle of the night because they didn’t know how to get in the apartment. We were 2 girls and there was a guy outside ringing to our door 3 times and asking for help. We were afraid to open the door. So we slept so bad that night. I think the owner must explain better how to get in and tell them not to disturb other guests at the night.

I booked the apartment because the owner was ready to meet us at extra cost. 1 day before arrival he refused from it. The taxi to the apartment turned to be 1,5 more expensive than indicated by the host. In addition, my flight was late, so I reached the flat at 5 am. There was no sun light in the room and at 10.05 am me and my son were waken up by a loud knock in the window and cigarette smoke. The owner came and was rude without knowing a word in any other language. If you provide accommodation for overnight tourists near an international airport, people would expect you to know some English (I also speak French and German but it didn’t help). In addition, the room was very basic. In total with the taxi costs and such approach to guests I would have better booked a capsule solution at Malpensa airport. Absolutely not advisable

Room was clean, facilities were close-by and host was fast to respond. Fantastic location close to MXP airport. Good value for money.

Was slightly scary checking in at night as a young couple in a new country, couldn't find the lights and took a while to locate the room.

Location is good, close to the airport. Property is located on the Ground floor with minimum sunlight

Host doesn't speak English, communication is quite difficult if you don't speak Italian. You should call him and inform about time of your arrival so he can meet you. Otherwise you will stay on the street. Very simple room however fine for the money paid.
