The balcony, view, location and size.

"Amazing location with sea views but read the small print"

The location is wonderful, with perfect sea views from the balcony, free parking and an easy walk into the centre. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the marina activity. Very relaxing. Large apartment with plenty of space and kind hosts.

The charge for having sheets and towels is hidden in the small print, and is very high: 30 euros per person. That's way over normal for Italy (usually it's included or it's 10 per person) so adds a hefty surcharge to a rental. The wifi died completely but was eventually fixed. The beds were rather too hard for us.
