"Excellent"

Loved having views of the ocean from patio. The bed was supper comfy.

Needs some small maintenance. Cabinet door was broken off when we arrived and just sitting on floor by the cabinet. The bedroom sliding closet door was off the track on one side.

"Lock was never fixed"

Location

Nothing had been cleaned from previous guests when we attempted to check in at 4pm, had to wait untill 6pm to get into our rooms and then we couldn't lock our front door for the entire trip and at one point my mom was locked in the room and had to wait for management to open the door. We taped the door so we could get back into the room throughout our trip. Lock was still broken when we checked out.

Great location! Great set up for a small family. Very comfortable. Outstanding amenities

There was a dirty dish put up in the cabinet and the dishwasher was full of dishes that we had to put away when we first got here

"Roaches will ruin a stay"

There was roaches in the room and hair in the shower. There was crumbs on the couch and black hair on the white sheets

"We made the best of it."

Great location to beach. Quick response by management to dirtiness of condo (due to mix up) when we arrived.

Was not told about roofing ongoing construction. Patio full of debris. Noise. Roaches in the kitchen. Shower head loose, sprayed water all over. Only 1 handicap parking and multiple spaces for condo owners (only) close to elevator. Shows more respect for owners than customers.

"Good for the price - would go back for location and it being kid friendly, but could be better"

Great location, out of the busy areas closer to the Pier but still with great access to the beach - very kid friendly - pool is kept warmer than expected which was nice!

Some of the owners live in the condos, so you may be treated like you're in their way. Security, whilst helpful when they're there - are not there 24/7 (or you won't find them if they are) - and they're more hung up on HOA bylaws than security, it seems. The unit was a little dirty, with a 2 inch cockroach found around the kitchen area. The unit and the building in general could do with a little extra maintenance.
