This property is right downtown around tons of restaurants and shops. It is convenient and it is beautiful and so spacious.. the owner of the property answered any questions we had and we liked it that you can drop your luggage off from 10 AM till check-in so you can go around and sightsee while you’re waiting to check in. The decor is beautiful and on top of it all it’s reasonably priced. Anytime we go to Galveston we will definitely be staying here.

I wish the check-in was a little earlier because we had an early flight and got to Galveston around 10 AM. But I totally understand why it was later because they have to clean the rooms after the prior guess.

Location was great. We were there for just one night before a cruise, so The Strand was easy to get to for a nice dinner and a little partying. Emily's daughter was very helpful and friendly.

Great location with a dedicated parking spot. The room was very clean, stylish and comfortable. We love Sugar & Rye which is a only a few steps away across the street - GREAT place to eat.

There was a glitch with booking.com on finalizing my credit card payment prior to arrival. The property owner could not get my card to process and instructed me to click on a link within the app, but I was hesitant to do so for fear it was a scam. It was frustrating for both me and the property owner. I finally just did click and enter my card info again (it already existed accurately within the booking.com. app). Booking.com was NO help in resolving the issue leading up to my last minut leap-of-faith click: The AI customer service rep claimed there was no issues AND the booking.com HUMAN I miraculously managed to later get on the phone ALSO said there were no issues BUT apparently there totally was an issue. I would definitely stay at the property again, but I will not use booking.com to book it. In fact, I may never use booking.com for ANY future lodging needs.

Nothing!!! We never were able to access the property. We tried to contact the owners by text and phone from the numbers we were given but never heard from them. Their phone number/text number replied that their mail box was full. At approximately 8:00PM we gave up and had to find other accommodations. We want our $220.73 immediately refunded to our credit card.

Very clean and comfortable. Dining places were very close. Short ride to cruise ships.

Clean, beautiful, location
