Nothing - DANGER to health

Washing up liquid provided in the property contained bleach. This is irresponsible and a health hazard. The bleach stained clothes whilst washing up. The apartment stank of bleach. Upon discussing with owner, they ignored all messages. The apartment is dirty, there were hairs and grime on the sink and the floors were dusty.

Apartment located on quiet location however above the restaurant so might be noisy during opening hours

Where shall I start??!! In my over 15 years travelling all over the world I NEVER had so bad experience with host as in the case of this apartment. 1. I sent several messages via Booking.com - advising time if arrival etc. None of them was answered but the last one. Very bad communication with host. 2. When arrived to the location was told that my apartment has some issues so I will be placed in different one which I need to vacate by 11am next morning. How hard is to let me know in advance? That was first big inconvenience. 3. When tried to prepare my dinner it turned out that the gas Hobe stopped working. It did have a flame maybe for 2 minutes. When came back to the kitchen - no flame found under frypan!! Tried again - no joy. At the same time tried to boil water in electric kettle. Wasn't switching on. There was no power in any of the sockets in the kitchen, nor in the lounge. Messaged host who advised to check gas canister - which I did and felt empty. However first response was that the person who deals with this is already at home. I did travel all the way straight from the UK, without food to be told that nothing can be done for me to prepare it!! That was bank holiday in Spain with nothing around open!! Then that it's 10pm and the host needs to rest after busy day. Then that I DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE THINGS!!!!!! Seriously I never experience such a rude and carelessness from the host. I asked for the cancellation of the whole stay as that was too much... They didn't agree. Made a complaint with Booking. Was rejected by the host. Next morning (left apartment at 1am BTW) messaged host what is the final response as I am not happy with everything. They replied that they DON'T WANT ME TO STAY IN THEIR APARTMENT!!! Why? Because I wanted to be treated with the respect and be able to cook food and be able to prepare hot drink (needed this especially for the night hike in sub zero temperatures)!!

The apt was very spacious and relaxing. Had everything I needed.

The only downside was that the restaurant downstairs closed early that evening due to a doctors appointment. Couldn't be helped.
