The location

Dirty fridge, poor breakfast. Rancid margarine and cordial. Marmalade for croissants. Old muesli in a jar. Would be better with no breakfast. Not much tea. Security poor. Old and run down.

Good location, spacious, value for money, good communication when booked, the place was bright, attractive, good windows, nice garden, private, quiet.

The sheets and towels were poor quality. The door to the back veranda with a view had a faulty lock/door handle and was very difficult to open.

Location, Martin the owner and his staff member were excellent to deal with.

Nothing at all

Spacious living and bathroom. Small private outdoor area. Close to downtown but in a quiet area.

Outdoor concrete slab has a lower ledge at the end that is not marked, we both stumbled over it when walking from the door past the table. Simply painting it with cheap white concrete paint would make it a lot safer. Not a big job either.
