2 Bedroom Guest Suite at A-frame Glengariff Beach

The hosts were lovely and very attentive, reacting quickly to any questions we had. The property is stunning, with a short walk to a gorgeous, safe beach. The house was equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay.

That the trip went by so quickly! I could have stayed a month or more

Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt, Nardus und Cherie haben uns unkomplizert und herzlichst aufgenommen, standen uns mit Rat und Tat immer zur Seite und haben viel über die Gegend erzählt und gezeigt. Es waren nur wenige Minuten bis zur malerischen einsamen Bucht. Braai möglichkeit und carport direkt am Haus. Waschmaschine und Trockner neuwertig. Betten waren sehr bequem. Kücheneinrichtung war Top, grosser Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank, Gasherd, und alle Utensilien die wir benötigten. Große Terasse mit Meerblick (Walbeobachtung) und herrlicher Naturbeobachtung. Billardtisch im Wohnzimmer....unbezahlbar. Die 14 Tage hier, sind fest in unsere Herzen verankert.

Liked everything. The host were so accomodating and friendly. View spectacular. Short walk to beach & river. Totally enjoyed our stay. Pool table in the lounge area. Learnt to play from hubby. Was luad shedding. But generator back up power came into effect shortly afterwards. Would most certainly recommend.

What did we like about this piece of paradise? The serenity of the surrounds. The proximity to the most amazing beach. The view. The delightful cottage that lacked for nothing. The most gracious hosts. The small attention to details that makes the stay so comfortable, “insignificant” little things such as the jar of Nescafé coffee, the bottle of milk, the spotless dish towels, the sharp knives, the vacuum, the spare linen and towels, the shower head. It’s the small thoughtfulness that makes the world of difference! And last but not least, the pet friendliness.

There is not a single thing that comes to mind.

The whole experience was wonderful. The stay was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed it thoroughly. We were a group of 4 people who stayed at the Guest House. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. This is a self catering unit and it had everything we needed. We highly recommend you stay here. The hosts are super friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Nardus stayed in touch with us the whole time to ensure we arrive at the correct location and checked in on us while we stayed there to ensure that all was well.

Unfortunately nothing that humans could help...due to high seas the beaches are very rocky 😢 and going down to that beautiful place was beyond our physical capabilities

The quiet peaceful, safe environment. Brilliantly friendly helpful owners. The whole experience was fantastic, the outdoor fire pit was fabulous to bbq on and then sit and chill around a fire with a drink in hand. The inside facilities were perfect for a very relaxing holiday, just perfect for the morning fry up and light lunches. The bedrooms had plenty of packing space and enough room to feel like home, beds were very comfy and the linen clean and ironed. This holiday destination was exactly what my partner and I needed without even realising it, we relaxed, we rested and we recharged our energy levels. A big huge thank you to our hosts for everything. We will be returning next year.
