We did like the area and it served a purpose.

When entering, you instantly see the manky laminate flooring in the hallway and you instantly know it's not going to get better. Sofas were covered in stains and the whole place could do with a complete refurb. The outside was just covered in all sorts of litter, which seems to be an issue with the other properties around there.

Not clean hair dust on carpets /kitchen units and window sill flaking /table cloth stained /inner door handel screws hanging off/radiator cover broken/paint needs touching up /shower head pipe not conected to wall /chipped sink/ cigarette butts all over garden

"Overall very good, I'd book again. Could do with a freshen up paint wise but good value for money."

Very comfortable beds and living space, very convenient for the train and high street. Into the centre of London in 45 minutes.

It could do with a lick of paint and another bathroom / WC would have been great BUT I knew that before I booked so I can't really complain.

"Home from home."

Lovely! A cosy little flat. Plenty of space, very homely. Had everything we needed and more Exceeded my expectations. Comfortable beds and plenty of linen. A few minutes walk from chadwell heath station, plenty of shops/restraint nearby.

All was great.
