Easy communication with hostess. Clean place. Good space in room. Very affordable. Close to city center.

Main negative was neighbors dog who was outside barking & howling the whole night, all nights. So if you are a light sleeper like me, it was a challenge. Also, upon reserving the place, one first gets the impression that it's the whole apartment that you are booking, but later found out that it was just one room with shared bathroom and kitchen. Also other guests had this same issue. Thus, this needs to be clarified in the original description.
