The Roost Group - Bedford House Apartments

Nice apartment with all the facilities of ones house (no dishwasher but washing machine present) Good size rooms, very comfy and warm, large sofa, good TV and internet connection, large bathroom with accessible shower. Plenty of duvets, blankets etc. Felt safe but some neighbours noisy at times

Difficult to retrieve the key as the instructions were delivered on the app only after my arrival there. Nobody picked up the phone while I was calling from the car park. Only the second set of instructions, the ones with the step-by-step photos were clear enough. Had to ask a neighbour to help me retrieve the key. Back entrance is being used. Kettle needs descaling

Everything about the apartment was exceptional, my friends were excited. The staff was very helpful.

The only downside was that the basement flat had only one toilet, being a group of friends on weekend away we had to wait for one person to finish. I will definitely book again for xmas holidays

Good location. Walking distance to everything. Cozy flat with all you need. Free parking.

The whole place was well decorated The beds were comfy Nice liveable space with smart tv, wifi, fridge etc Nice functional kitchen Space for parking

The kitchen is sooo tight because of the big pillar in the middle of the living room so is quite a bother if you want to cook anything Didn’t like the gravel car park
