"Excellent"

Location was great. The underground parking was good. Breakfast was good. Slept well in the bed. Balcony was nice.

No bedside table. Very steep stairs.

"Perfect stay near the city centre - everything is accessible by foot or bicycle"

Perfect stay near the town centre. The Pied à Terre Oostersingel UMCG was a private accomodation, about 10 minutes by foot to the city centre, so a perfect location just near all interesting points at Groningen. I enjoyed the personal touch (big room with many books) , the breakfast delivered to the room, and the comfortable facilities (own bathroom). The hosts are friendly and even took us with our luggage to the train station wich is on the other side of the city centre. We will come back without hesitation.

"I had a great stay. Very comfy warm bed, nice place to sit and work and the breakfast was great."

We had a swell breakfast session. There was fresh bread every morning, and everything was replenished once you indicated so. It was fantastic!!

"Well located accommodation with good facilities and lovely breakfast."

Great location close to centre, use of large 2nd floor (incl. kitchen, lounge & dining area), lovely Dutch breakfast, paid secure parking close by. Helpful owner.

The plumbing was old, with the shower not draining well.

"Great value in a fabulous location"

Very spacious, clean property in an excellent location within minutes walk of the centre. Breakfast was delivered every morning. Good selection and excellent bread every morning.
