When we reached for check-in , no one was available. Waiting there we called them a few times so that maybe some one would reach out but none. We stayed there for 1 year and at last we had to leave and find another hotel. This was early morning 5 am. Next day when we reached out to them, the attitude was roo bad. They said if you think our service is not good, you can cancel and if you wish to complain, you can complain with booking.com as we paid to booking com Amazing ruthlessness! We had booked 2 days was to see the service and then extend but then we didn't check-in at all. Roo bad of booking.com and the apartment.

貨不对版，房間卫生及周圍环境極差，即時要求退房沒有全额退回，只退回CNY2424房费中的CNY970，要我們承擔一晚房费加税款及手續费，而且沒有开出正式收据，有詐騙成份，因家人安全及極多隨身行李，極速遠離酒店範圍，不打算停留理論。
