Las instalaciones estaban descuidadas, las escaleras sucias, una sobrecama rota, unas almohadas totalmente aplastadas y sabanas mas pequeñas que el tamaño del colchon por lo que se recogian, la primera noche olvide cerrar la ventana que da a la piscina y el mal olor a agua podrida no dejo dormir, el baño ni siquiiera estaba barrido, me senti muu decepionada creo que pude haber encontrado un mejor lugar por el mismo precio

Es un lugar barato, si viajas low cost y pasas por Guayaquil funciona si quieres descansar, tenía su cocina, es como un dormitorio adaptado a departamento. Cocina, baño y cama, todo en un mismo lugar, sin separaciones, excepto el baño.

Cuando fui al lugar, no tenían la habitación limpia, así que me tocó esperar a que limpiaran el piso. No me pareció cómoda la cama, y no se sentía agradable dormir ahí, estaba como viejo el colchón.
