ROI SPACE KAGOSHIMA - Vacation STAY 87819

The room is spacious for 3 pax, location is near to Kumamoto station and one big shopping mall, there are many restaurants along the way to Roi Space. Highly recommend to those who have no problem to climb stair case to 4th floor.

Don't know how to use the washing machine as the instructions are in Japanese. No hanging hook and shower curtain in bathroom, once bath, all wet. No place to leave luggage before check in time.

The apartment was spacious and very convenient to the station, lots of restaurants and the airport shuttle bus. As a solo traveller it felt very secure. The washing machine and all the facilities worked really well. The bed was super comfortable! The only challenge were the 3 flights of stairs, but my suitcase wasn't too heavy so it wasn't a big problem. It would be hard with large suitcases. I would definitely stay there again.

There's nothing to dislike. The check in takes a bit of work but I did it online beforehand as suggested and the process was quick at the door.

fantastic location. very easy to get from JR station or bus. supermarket around & a lot of restaurants nearby. deffinately will choose Roi Space again next time. room is spacious & enough facility for a couple of days stay. we have everything we need.

a little bit easy to miss the main door as the logo is not very obvious no lift which is a little bit terrible if you have a big suitcase & room is in 4th floor.

Great space. Great place near tram and train station.

It was a really big sized room for the price. Having a laundry machine in the room was also amazing! I can't believe how cheap this room was for what we got. No check in staff and everything is done with passcodes which I actually like a lot more than dealing with staff. Also the location was great as well as it was only a 5 min walk from the major JR train station. Amazing place for the price.

Nothing to complain about, especially since the place was so incredibly cheap.

Very clean and convenient

Very comfortable beds, good aircon, Very modern equipment (bathtub, washing machine) with clear instructions in English. Very spacious for Japanese standards.

The only drawback was the third floor without elevator - but that was clearly indicated beforehand, so no complaints.
