Mount nature villa

Lovely place! It was spacious and very clean. Amazing value for money especially since you have your whole own apartment with a beautiful balcony, also the bed was very comfortable. Amazing to have a washing machine and kitchen to cook. Everything was spotless and the hosts were so helpful and welcoming. We would most definitely stay again, thanks!

It’s not really that bad but it’s a bit difficult to find. However the host made sure to get us there by following him in his car, just remember the way if you need a Tuktuk back. It’s not a big problem

Big apartment, you have everything you need

Extremely difficult to find, there is a labyrinth of alleys there! They did not give any instructions before arriving, I couldn't find the place, asked a local for help, he talked to the host, took me there by motorcycle and we still couldn't find it! Also, found a big spider in the shower room, then a big bug near the toilet, the place could be more clean.

This is a hidden gem of Hikkaduwa. Very spacious apartment with all you need including a washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. Located on stunning area just about 10-15 minutes to the beach.

The accommodation is located in a pleasant and quiet location in the middle of the forest. It is very spacious and has a large kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We appreciated the fridge, washing machine, gas stove the most. There is also hot water for showering which is not common in the south of Sri Lanka. There is also a pleasant sitting on the balcony, where you can see the diverse animal world. You will also find an outdoor shower here. The owners are very nice and happy to help you with anything. For example, renting a scooter, which I definitely recommend for the location. There are two paths leading to the accommodation. I will describe one: as soon as you get off the main road and turn near the Horizon restaurant, after 800 m you will reach a small hill, where you turn left immediately after the building. Then turn right twice, after that you will only have to climb 80 m to the accommodation.

The accommodation is concentrated in the middle of the forest, so you will have a larger number of animals, ants, bats and mosquitoes around you. We had lots of ants in our apartment which after few days it was a big struggle because they got everywhere and into everything, you couldn’t have any trash in the apartment because the ants infested it right away. Although the washing machine and fridge worked very well, we had trouble charging anything even though we had the necessary adapters.

Exceptional quality of both apartments. Clean rooms, large kitchen with all equipment, adjacent dining area, separate toilet and bathroom with washing machine. Stunning views to lush greenery from spacious balconies. Great value.

It’s very difficult to find. We got lost on almost every occasion getting to the property as it is located in a local maze of a residential area. There needs to be a better signage. However, the neighbours and the owner was very helpful and went to pick us up. We got woken up by screaming children at 3am.

Absolutely amazing stay. Host was so friendly. I had a problem with my health & he helped a lot and kind, carefully. House is in a beuautiful place, surounded nature, so good to sleep& hear the ocean. If I'll come back to Sri lanka -would choose this place

Beautiful apartment set on a small hill with great views over Hikkaduwa. Very clean rooms and all the essentials for self catering were provided. The host family are very kind and generous people I was blessed to stay with them.
