b hotel Nekoyard - Modern Loft Studio Near Peace Park & City Center

Loved the location near Peace Park and access to the sightseeing areas there. Nice to have a little kitchen and facilities to wash clothes as well.

The beds did not have fitted sheets and we were constantly wrestling with sheets that came untucked during night. This needs to be addressed. Otherwise everything else was great

The apartment was well equipped and comfortable to stay in. One bed had a very soft mattress, the other one a rather hard one. Pillows were comfortable. There was a shared space (couch and table) as well as a 2nd floor built into the apartment, which we didn’t end up using. The host/staff were super responsive and very friendly.

It was a bit chilly, despite running the electric heaters and AC. The AC was positioned above the 2nd floor, which didn’t feel very efficient in terms of air distribution. We were on the ground floor with the entire window front facing a parking lot, so not exactly a great view and little privacy. The apartment felt quite dark.

Spacious, comfortable, close to Peace Park. Had washer / drying space, coffee, frig, water kettle, robes, slippers, hangers and hanging rack. Nice big shower area. Getting into the property was easy. Same with check out.

Missing some tea bags to go along with the coffee. Need a hook in the kitchen to hang the kitchen towel.

Beds are a bit soft for our preference.

Great, quiet location. No outside noise at all. Washing machine, kitchen and bathroom all well equipped and everything was very clean. Air conditioner and fan worked well. Host was very communicative.

It was great for three of us, but would be crowded with 4-5+ people. The mattresses were very soft, so much so that when you climbed onto them your knee sunk to a hard surface. The sheets were not tucked in and came off everywhere very easily.

Location was good. Near to Peace Park trains, buses etc. Very roomy...would suit family, there were three of us.

No comment here. It was exactly what we expected and wanted.
