La propreté laisse à désiré, le retard des intrications (obligé de demander plusieurs fois avant de les avoir), le retard sur l’horaire (normalement disponible à 15h mais au accès qu’à 17h30 à cause du retard du ménage mais sans être prévenu)

great location, amazing views, big terrace great for sunbathing, enough space for 3/4 people, cool inside of the apartment.

at the time the elevator was out of order, so we did have to walk up a lot of stairs, will hopefully be fixed soon.

Location is good and Potential is huge if apartment was maintained better.

I'm recovering from cancer and only booked this apartment as it had an elevator. This elevator has not worked for months so it's nearly 100 steps every time you go anywhere. We stayed in a couple of the days due to exhaustion.The main door is very badly fitted which wouldn't lock.The management in fairness sent someone to fix it promptly but the apartment needs a lot of work. The railings on the balcony are dangerous. The shower is manky.The seating is dirty and full of stains.The check in was delayed by an hour as they said the place was a right mess.My main problem though was false advertising of a lift and wheelchair friendly which it's not.we love malta and will be back but when your trying to recover from an illness this apartment is not the answer.

It is lovely apartment with nice view on the capital Valetta. The rooms are clean and recently decorated- maybe not to the highest standards. Kitchen well equipped

We have been informed about garbage collection, sockets and rules however it was not mentioned that lift does not work and that was the case for longer time, based on the story from the person loving there. He encouraged us to complain and I did however if I would be informed that lift does not work I would not booked it in the first place. Imagine going through 96 steps everyday up and down, with luggage and shopping and we were skipping going out as it was too much for us. I am not going to book 5th floor any more thanks to this experience.

Upon arrival, we found the apartment in an extremely poor technical and hygienic condition, which completely prevented a comfortable and safe stay. - rubbish lying on the staircase, which made it difficult to fully open the entrance door, - mould in the fridge and a very unpleasant smell throughout the apartment, - a very dirty sofa.

We appreciated the location close to bus stop, restaurants and shops, the calm in the street,the lift ,two bathrooms, facilities with checkin... the apartment fully corresponds to the description.

maybe the appartment could be improved with a coffeemaker and coat hangers in the bathroom

Very nice, clean and wide apartment near the Sliema strand. Recommended +++

Close to Valetta, kitchen full of utensils and fully functioning, washing mashine etc. - very convenient if you want to travel cheap and light. Comfortable rooms. View from the balcony is more than enough.

Sofa in the common area seemed wobbly and we weren’t brave enough to sit on it, so we were forced to spend late evenings by the kitchen counter. It was also very humid, none of our wet clothes or towels dried (regardless of the AC being on). In one room it was very loud from the streets and we could’t do much about it :(
