Landhaus Plainer

The appartment is very nice and very clean. All needed equipment is there, the facility is good. The owner is friendly and helpful. Our stay was full of comfort and we will definitely come back to Landhaus Plainer the next time we are in Innsbruck

Everything was perfect. Beautiful apartment with amazing surroundings and the most kind and helpful host, situated about 15 minutes from the centre of Innsbruck and less then an hour of ride from several skiing slopes. There is everything a person could need in the flat, furthermore, the accomodation offers a comfortable sauna. Personally, would highly recommend.

Rudi, our host was friendly and very helpful. The apartment had everything we needed. On arrival we were provided guest cards so all public transport was free of charge. The apartment is on a bus route to Innsbruck, which runs every 15 minutes and takes 10 minutes. we would definitely stay here again. great host and lovely accommodation. ps) thanks again for the tomatoes Rudi :)

We couldn't have been happier with our 3-night stay in Rudi's one-bedroom apartment. The entire property looks beautiful and new, inside and out. Both the apartment itself and the common areas are immaculate. The location in Rum was perfect for us, especially given the fact that the apartment came with complimentary Innsbruck City Welcome Cards providing for free use of public transportation. With the bus stop only about a 10-minute walk away, we didn't use our car for the duration of our stay, as it was very easy to take one bus into the heart of Innsbruck's Altstadt. The cards also provided for various local discounted goods and services. Even with our teenaged son sleeping on a foldout couch in the combination living room/kitchen/dining room, the apartment felt spacious. The bedroom is very large with ample room for storage. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, utensils, and everything necessary for cooking. While the toilet is in a room separate from the bathroom shower and sink, it is fitted with its own small sink for hand washing, which is a nice touch. Our son enjoyed spending time on the balcony, which offers nice views of the mountains. From the moment we arrived, Rudi proved to be the perfect host. He was extremely friendly and welcoming. He helped us with our luggage; showed us around the apartment; provided treats, a pet bed, and food/water bowls for our dog; and offered the use of the downstairs sauna. Regarding the latter, it is located in a beautiful downstairs room with a very nice shower, lounge chairs, ample towels, and has both infrared and hot-rock heat. Robes and slippers for our use were found in the bedroom closet of the apartment. Since Rudi lives in the building, we ran into him a few times while coming or going. He always greeted us with a friendly smile, inquired about how things were going, and offered to be of assistance if we needed it.
