Apartment in Rehavia Jerusalem

Perfect location in the middle of Jerusalem close to the old city. Available private parking.

Both the apartment and the building would benefit from some renovation, but for the price, still a great value.

Great place, with a nice host. Recommend to stay.

Was hard to heat up the bedrooms.

Good location within walking distance to the city and shops, parking, specious modern apartament.

location was amazing. David was great in terms of being in touch immediately. parking spot was priceless. David tried his best to supply whatever small amenities he could to make the stay great. the beds are comfortable. three Bedrooms are all nice size. small amount of space to put your clothes. 1.5 baths. washer is in the bathroom. dryer in the kitchen. the .5 bathroom doesn’t have a sink.

parts of the apartment were very run down. the floor was in bad shape. the dining chairs were worn. spots on the couch. the building itself is totally run down. it is scheduled to be torn down in the next few years. elevators are poor. If you’re religious, you need to bring your own kiddush cup, challah board, benchers, etc.

The apartment was spacious. Three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 1.5 baths and a nice balcony with a table and chairs. The apartment was clean and well provided. Washer-dryer, coffee machine (with coffee pods to get you started), welcome drinks, clean towels. Nothing was missing (some laundry soap would have been nice). The location is quite nice, in a good area, within walking distance to the old city. A parking spot was available for us. We were also a 10-minute walk from several restaurants.

The building was in bad shape. It looked really run down. We had a minor scare as we got stuck for a while in one of the very small elevators. If you are in a group and you have several drivers for your car, the gate to the parking garage can only be opened with an app in one phone only. This can be quite inconvenient. Some minor inconveniences were that one of the rooms had only one power socket for the whole room, the half bathroom had a toilet but not sink, which was weird and the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty when we got there. And the kitchen smelled somewhat funky.

Great Location. Spacious apartment with good facilities. Helpful host who allowed us to change our dates of travel at short notice and facilitated our request for a late check out. Amazing views from the huge balcony

Some traffic noise at night - the price to be paid for such a fantastic location. Appt. could do with a bit of updating in places
