Excellent location near to old city and high street. Easy and efficient check in and check out. Good communication with the host.

Lack of windows made me feel bit claustrophobic. Not enough fresh towels for three days stay.

This is a good location not far from the Old Town. It is near restaurants and grocery stores, and even though there is an outdoor restaurant nearby, the apartment was very quiet at night. It was easy to gain access to the property. The interior design of the apartment is very nice and modern. We really loved this layout! There are two large TV's mounted on the wall. This is a plus since the property is partially underground with no open window to the outside. We would stay here again, despite the two concerns listed below.

Perhaps because there are no windows to the outside, the bathroom was very dark and I couldn't see well because one of the lights was out by the bathroom mirror. I had to walk into the bedroom area and shave from a mirror located there. Also, while the place seemed very clean, someone had left a moldy pastry in a box down where some of the plates were stored. I'm sure that a previous tenant left this, but it would be best to check more carefully at time of cleaning. This was clearly missed.

The location was perfect, very very close to the old city and Jaffa Street which was alive 24/7, public transport, and close to the Jerusalem train station. The place was perfect for two people and the host is very helpful and answered very fast all your questions and was open to changing check-in or check-out hours if possible. The place was clean and comfortable, you have a lot of food options right in front of the door and even though it is very loud outside, you cannot hear all the noise which is very good. We felt safe and it was pretty easy to open the doors with key passwords.

Even if it has good tools to manage food, even a small kitchen, we did not find the pots and pans to cook eggs or things like that, maybe they were in another place but we couldn't cook besides using the microwave and the coffee machine :'). It's not a big deal if you don't like to cook while traveling.

The apartment is VERY nice, the location is great and the host is super kind and always available.

The only thing that we did not like is that the apartment had no windows. There is AC and a fan in the bathroom.
