Flat de luxo São Paulo - Guarulhos

Very close to the airport and a few min walk to a large shopping centre with restaurants, supermarket etc. Great view. The kitchen was well equipped, the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked well. Nice swimming pool and a decent gym. Very safe for a solo female traveller. It was easy to contact the host when needed.

It's a lovely apartment located in a secure complex, conveniently close to shops and restaurants.

Our main issue was communication with the host. We only received the check-in instructions on the day of our arrival, and it was AFTER the specified check-in time. We didn’t get any responses to our messages, and we couldn’t reach them by phone either. Since the instructions were sent as a video and we’re not local without internet access, it added to our stress and inconvenience. We had to stop at Wi-Fi spots along the way to check for any updates from the host and even began searching for alternative accommodations. Additionally, the payment process was unclear, so we ended up leaving cash on the table.
