showers - one shower worked, the other didn't then both stopped working. Contact with host was prompt but didn't get a plumber out but got opposite shower working and the ensuite not working which meant our older members of the party struggled in the bath. the guy who did visit told us 1 hadn't been working which we were not informed of before we arrived - but was the opposite the the one we got working main issue is the noise, we didn't realise this property os on the student walk into the clubs and nightlife and was so loud , continually until 3am in the morning - we got very little sleep and wound not stop here again plus terrible smell in the communal hallway

Great location, 5 mins walk from train station. Comfortable apartment, with everything you could need.

Some minor maintenance needed. Microwave needs replacing. Both bathroom sinks plugs were stuck. Shower water is a pain to use. Really really bad smell in the landing getting out of lift. That area is very dirty. A bit of a drama identifying the correct building and getting in. No dishwasher powder

Check in was good, the host sent pictures of instructions but being new to the area it was still a bit confusing. The apartment was a great size. Location was 5 minutes to University of Surrey and 15 minutes to town. Also 5 minutes to train station. I also appreciated the washer and dryer. Overall good enough for what we needed to be close to university.

Unfortunately, we ran into some issues. The bedroom window lock was broken so we could not close the window. The ensuite shower in one of the bedrooms did not work. Both these things were not repaired for the 4 days we stayed. Host was nice and responsive, but no credit was given for either. No instructions on how to connect to Wi-Fi so had to call. A book with detailed info about the apartment would have been helpful. The decorations and furniture is a bit old I am sure from all the use as a rental.
