Location

Ran out of hot water - not enough hot water for a family of 4 to shower. Ensuite shower poor regulation of hot and cold water. It either scalded you or went cold. Heater in lounge room on a timer and kept turning off. Apartment was cold in the living room. Instructions for Tv did not work. TV in longe room too complicated to turn on. Real Estate management had no solution or compensation for not being able to have a shower after a long day on the snow fields. I was had to cancel my plans to go out due to this reason. Lounge and dinning table chair cushions were dirty.

Good parking Good views

1) washing machine leaked all over bathroom floor 2) not enough breakfast bowls for 4 people 3) handle broken on the pasta pot, dangerous to use 4) upstairs hand held shower head can’t be detached from the wall making it hard to use 5) computer generated emails were really annoying, more than 20 since booking and 5 x SMS. Very repetitive and unnecessary

location was great and beds were really comfy!

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. We found a lot of wrappers around underneath furniture and there were some cobwebs on the ceiling. Kitchen wasn’t as clean as you would hope.

Location, comfort, well equipped kitchen, great space ocverall

Heaps of dust about. Floors not clean in corners. Blinds really dusty. Spa did not work. Down pipe was infuriating- could not sleep as was dripping all night. Lucky was only last night
