De nada porque tive que cancelar por motivos do trabalho

Não respondem as mensagens, achei falta empatia pois paguei a acomodação mas no mesmo dia em questão de minutos quando soube que haviam cancelado o evento pedi reembolso Simples ignoraram nem para dizer que não fariam o reembolso falta de profissionalismo em não responder
