House was lovely and clean with all the facilities we needed.

Area was not the best and garden was extremely messy to the back entrance to the house, lots of rubbish and overgrown.

The location was better than expected for a budget let. Despite being in the middle of an estate it was quiet with ample parking. It felt safe and the neighbours were friendly and helpful. It was clean and suitably furnished.

The TV Aerial was broken, so no TV. The small coffee tables were wobbly and a couple of sockets were loose. Apart from that it would have nice to have an extra loo roll, a plug for the kitchen and a toilet brush!!!!

The location was excellent for me - I was right in the middle of my cousins. It was a 40 min walk to Johnstone centre.

There was no shower soap, or shampoo, no coffee or tea sachets and no milk. When I bought soap there was nowhere to put it in the shower.

The entire apartment was very neat.

The waste wasn't being evacuated. The waste bins are completely filled up and no where to dispose waste, which wasn't hygienic. Also, the heater in one of the rooms wasn't functioning properly.

It was ok for a short stay, but lacking basic facilities as is no hair dryer.

The main complaint have was we booked as a family of 4 adults and 1 child, so 5 people, but on arrival discovered there is only 4 beds ,so someone had to sleep on the sofa ,which you would expect to be a pull out sofa bed ,but it wasn't, it was only a sofa 😑 so a little inconvenience but was ok
