Staff friendly,, house keeping everything really clean and facilities. Deluxe double was my favourite with spinning TV was a nice feature for open plan room and felt sectioned off or spacious enough.

The lift has good security but was a bit of hassle going up stair ways if you wanted to visit family staying on different floors Breakfast service was ok but not many decent vegan options. The bar didnt appear to be open but maybe we went not in high season? Or specific days? Expected a little cuttlery in the room and plates but not a huge issue.

Decent and nice decor, room facilities good standard. kept the place nice and clean. House cleaning daily and staff were friendly. Sufficient gym equipment but could be more. Deluxe room is my favourite layout option with spinning TV and sofa plus dining table. Spacious!

Breakfast was decent serving for the travel period they just need more vegetarian or vegan options. Not much daily use utensils for the serviced rooms. Sky bar only open on certain days.
