"I WASTED my money!"

The condo itself was AMAZING! Everything was so clean and beautiful INSIDE THE CONDO.

The property Staff IS AWFUL I get there at 6 pm it took us almost 6 hrs to do the check in at the gate. The whole entire staff is ROUGH, MEAN, NO MANORS AT ALL. The reason #1 of booking this stay was for my sons Bday! (13yrs old). So the plan was to get a place where he can have fun with his 2 best friends. Well!!!! basketball court was never available and the water park shut down twice so he couldn’t enjoy anything. Make sure you don’t need to leave this property because it will be a nightmare trying to go back inside.

The condo was nicely decorated and furnished and the beds were comfortable. The access to the clubhouse pool, lazy river and waterslide was great too, my kids loved that.

I had a couple cleaning issues that the owner fixed right away. There were ants in the kitchen, which I didn't like. There were only 2 pool towels for a condo that sleeps 8. There were no wash cloths and only one trash bag and dishwashing soap when we were there for a week. It would have been nice too, to have some clothes soap for the washing machine. You don't want to buy a new container of clothes soap that you won't use up while you are there. There were no directions on how to use the different remotes for the tv's in the condo and 2 were missing batteries, which the owner replaced while we were there. There were just things you don't want to deal with while on vacation.

Didn't receive any breakfast

No wash cloths. Not enough toilet paper. Once we checked in, had no idea on booking.com of who to ask about details..Felt like we were on our own if we needed anything. No dish cloths.
